Before I planned trips, I ran the operations behind them.
Which connection is legal versus actually comfortable. What a delay in the first leg does to the rest of the week. Which transfer has no backup if it falls through. That’s the part I carry, so you don’t have to.
Travel isn't something I sell. It's something I do.
I’ve spent my career on the operations side of aviation, and the habit of asking what happens if this doesn’t go right is the most useful thing I bring to your trip.
I work best on complex, high-value travel — safari, multi-city Europe and Asia, and cruises — the trips where logistics are the difference between a great experience and an expensive mess. Bush flights run on strict luggage limits and single daily departures. Camp transfers don’t wait. These itineraries get built backward from the ground, not forward from the airfare.
Every trip starts with a conversation, not a quote. I take on a limited number of journeys each year so each one gets the attention it needs. Based in Mesa, Arizona, working with clients nationwide.
